I booked an appt on 6-4-25 with Cindy, didn't know what to expect as I am new to this location. Wow, was i impressed and completely surprised. Cindy really took her time, thoroughly massaging my neck, upper shoulders, low back, thighs, calves and arms. She even stretched out my upper body muscles, my hip flexor and glutes. I did 90 minutes with Cindy, price was very very reasonable. I have tried several spas in the area, pretty everyone just wants to dig their elbows into your back until it hurts. Cindy really listened to my concerns then went to work, even explaining certain stretches as she did them. When I was leaving I left her a tip and she was so gracious accepting it, super nice woman. She is now my go to person after every round of golf, every two hour pickleball matches and even after my weekly racquetball marathon sessions. Thank you Cindy, I feel excellent. ~ lee w

10 stars. I have gotten literally 100s of massages and chiropractic adjustments after injuring my back 15 years ago. The injured muscle seized up again a few days ago after I lifted something heavy, and so I tried K-spa for the first time because it's on my commute. This was definitely a really amazing massage, the therapist immediately figured out where my muscles were knotted and did really expert deep-tissue massage to loosen the muscles. This is one of the best places I have ever been to for a massage. I have chronic lower back pain and frequent migraine headaches and the massage therapists here invariably make the pain better. The pressure applied is always exactly what is needed without any guidance from me. The rooms and entire facility are brand new and exceptionally clean and beautiful. So glad I found KSpa! I just finished a massage with Rose. I’ve been there several times; all massages were excellent! I prefer deep tissue massages. I appreciate the strength and ability to work out the knots without just an elbow or too light with forearm. I also appreciate the stretching. I look forward to trying their Thai massage. I had a great experience. The environment was serene making it easy to relax right from the start. I work from home, sitting in front of computer and staring at screens most of the time and often times have sore back and stiff neck, I had 1 hour full body massage. Great experience with Chen!!! She provided one of the best therapeutic massages I've ever had, and after 3 back surgeries, I've had a lot of massages to manage the pain! K-Spa itself is a beautiful new spa with quiet, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It was my first time at kspa. I saw it was recommended on reddit and it lived up to the hype. I didn't get her name but the therapist who did my massage was amazing! The pressure was perfect and she worked through all of my knots without me having to point them out. They are really reasonably priced for Bellevue area. Excellent therapeutic massage experience! My wife came in with lower back pain, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and address her specific needs. My deep tissue massage was expertly done with perfect pressure. Both therapists were knowledgeable and professional. We left feeling significantly better and will definitely return. I visited a couple of times this year and both times staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I forgot the names of the masseuses who assisted me but they helped loosen up tight and sore spots from sport activities, while checking with me once in a while to make sure my needs were met. Kspa creates a beautiful, relaxing environment and my therapist, Juan, was very professional and skilled. He was very good at asking for feedback to determine how firm the pressure should be and he thoroughly worked on all my sore muscles as well as my scalp, face, and feet. One of the best spas in town. Extremely professional and respectful. They have certified and trained therapist who know what they are doing, and can find knots and relief the pain quickly. I once went in with severe upper back pain and within three sessions my pain was much more manageable and ultimately got it back to normal. Highly recommended! ~ Harjeev A

Working 16 hour days as a new doctor has made my muscles very tight with stress, but Rose helped relieve a lot of the tension. She works very hard and cares about her clients, asking me many times if I needed more pressure or more time in a certain area. $80 for 1hr and free hot stone or cupping for first time customer.
